- Engaged with engineers in multiple countries to identify performance and design improvements on the Charge Services API service.
- Mentored and assisted other engineers needing assistance with the Charge Services workflow, mostly around the Charge Services API as our team’s subject matter expert on the service.
- Collaborated and contributed to designs and implementations for new scripts as a part of Cerner’s RevElate project within the Cerner Patient Accounting organization.

- Collaborated with senior engineers to design Charge Services Restful API, and was responsible for developing the V2 GET endpoints and a new proprietary POST endpoint to improve healthcare revenue flows modernity and efficiency using test driven development.
- Identified and contributed to process improvements with my team’s GitHub workflows for better and more efficient code deployment processes.
- Developed a widely used postman collection for our API for development and testing purposes to make it easier for other teams to develop with our API, as well as lighten support loads for my team members.
