Lead multiple investigations for root cause analysis, particularly relating to monitoring telemetry tools and collaborating to resolve stability issues.
Supported multiple clients go live with around the clock engagements, which included defect correction with detection to delivery in under a week.
Investigated, fixed, and delivered multiple high-impact defects with executive level visibility, providing consistent and concise communication, often with detection to delivery time in under 72 hours.
Participated in discussions with clients to clarify cloud-based release processes, and to assist with documentation processes resulting in clearer release notes for our cloud based solutions.
Lead a weekly meeting involving developers from different functional domains who could give knowledge transfers to support the team goal of full cross domain knowledge sharing.

Engaged with engineers in multiple countries to identify performance and design improvements on the Charge Services API service.
Mentored and assisted other engineers needing assistance with the Charge Services workflow, mostly around the Charge Services API as our team’s subject matter expert on the service.
Collaborated and contributed to designs and implementations for new scripts as a part of Cerner’s RevElate project within the Cerner Patient Accounting organization.

Collaborated with senior engineers to design Charge Services Restful API, and was responsible for developing the V2 GET endpoints and a new proprietary POST endpoint to improve healthcare revenue flows modernity and efficiency using test driven development.
Identified and contributed to process improvements with my team’s GitHub workflows for better and more efficient code deployment processes.
Developed a widely used postman collection for our API for development and testing purposes to make it easier for other teams to develop with our API, as well as lighten support loads for my team members.
Consistently contributed to agile sprint retrospectives for process improvements and team kudos.

Founded a small business with the goal of improving software availability in small towns/cities, and imposing the quality of local businesses with technology, and attempting to retain local tech talent.
Created a detailed business plan outlining the first 5 years of operation, with SWOT analysis.
Identified potential leads, and potential software infrastructure improvements for local businesses and created website proposals for potential new clients.
